Summary: Quick Books First Timer
Comment: Eventhough this is the first time using quickbooks, I am a long time user of Quicken and I expected no less in this product. Actually I downloaded the free version before I purchased this backup copy and I haven't yet opened the box. Although not as full featured as some might want, it seems perfect for sampling and getting started. This product saved me from another brand of software I was struggling with that had a multitude of problems and problematic support. Although I would like to see a few added features such as graphs and charts for the reports and an on-board calendar, this basic program is very capable and has helped me immensely.

Comment: This product is not clear. Their customer support is lacking and it seems that in order to do anything you have to keep purchasing more for the software to upgrade.
